What would you do with “more time”?
Many people have responded to that question by saying:
- Spend more time with your family.
- Rest and relaxation
- Explore the world by travelling.
Right now, We’d like to share something with you that, when we realized it, completely changed our lives…
Time is the only resource you have that will never be depleted. And no one else has any more than you… When it comes to time, everyone is on the same page…
Richard Branson has how many hours in a day?
What about Bill Gates?
What about Warren Buffet? Or anyone else I could think of?
How many hours do you have in a day?
Every day, 24 hours a day.
And what happens when your 24 hours are up? What happens when that day comes to an end?
You’re getting another!
So the “fallacy” of “wasting time,” “saving time,” or “creating more time” is that you can’t… You have the same 24 hours as everyone else on the planet. No longer. Nothing less.
What you do with those 24 hours is the true secret to success!
So,
There is always time.
You always have unlimited time.
Everyone else has the same 24 hours as you do.
You always have enough time to do things right here, right now.
You always have control over how you spend your time.
Now, let’s look at how you can make the most of your time…
Time-saving strategies include:
Is there ever a better time than now to learn the distinction between:
The urgent things
The important things.
Urgent matters demand your attention but can usually wait, even if they appear to be emergencies.
The Important Things propel you toward your dreams and goals.
A clear distinction between the urgent and the important will be critical to your future success in this or any other business. In addition, having a clear understanding of the activities that are important rather than urgent will help you succeed sooner.
Time management is impossible. However, you can make use of it. Time is your most valuable commodity and your sole natural resource. Only the dead have no time. They’re also the only ones who don’t have any issues. It’s not a matter of having time, but of prioritising.
You can improve your time effectiveness by changing how you think about time.
You have the option of living in a world of scarcity or abundance. You can also choose to live in your own world, where you set your own priorities.
It’s time to take control of your future. It’s time to prioritise what you want by investing your time in activities that will propel you closer to your dreams and goals.
After all, it is your future. Procrastination is both a time thief and a graveyard for opportunities.
You’ll be waiting forever if you wait until you have time. You will never have enough time. It is the most enigmatic concept ever devised. Because of this, there is no such thing as tomorrow.
Make today tomorrow…
Have you ever come across a calendar that has a tomorrow on it?
There’s only today.
Tomorrow is a promisee. Yesterday has passed. Do it right away! Do it at the moment that you’re in!
Do it now!
When your priorities are in order, you will know what to do right now.
So go ahead and do it. Consider time in terms of moments. Grab those snippets of time and work on the “little bits at a time” tasks that will get you closer to your goal.
Sometimes it’s the terrifying thought of those Herculean tasks and goals that causes us to procrastinate and stall in our actions.
Breaking down the task into smaller chunks will quickly result in more things getting done, and more things getting done sooner.
Four DOs can help you organise your priorities:
Can Do: The task can be completed, but it is neither urgent nor important.
Could Do: The task could be completed, but it is neither urgent nor critical.
Would Do: Necessary but not critical
Must Do: The critical task that must be completed immediately!
These four Dos can assist you in determining which tasks are urgent or important. When you’re losing track of your priorities, these four Dos can help you get back on track.
All you have to do is concentrate on what you want to accomplish.
